Chillo Collection

The collection

Alongside our estate wines, we're building a small, hand-picked collection of spirits, liqueurs and amari for venues that want to round out the back bar with the same care we bring to the wine list.

Chillo is our own house range of Italian-style liqueurs and vodka — Limoncello, Mandarincello, Limecello and Strawberrycello, alongside Chillo Vodka in 1 litre and 10 litre formats.

Alongside the Chillo range sits a small selection of other spirits and amari: Chopin Vodka, distilled in Poland from a single ingredient per expression — rye, potato or wheat — rather than blended neutral spirit; Argiolas' Mirto Benalonga, a Sardinian amaro steeped in myrtle berries; and Capetta's traditional Piedmontese Marsala in Cremovo and Fine styles.

It's a small addition alongside the wine portfolio, not a separate focus — the same trade relationships and service apply.
