Haselgrove Wines

The estate

Haselgrove was established in McLaren Vale in 1981, part of the Haselgrove family's long winemaking history in the region. The winery changed hands in 2008, bought by a group of figures from the South Australian wine trade.

The cellar door sits on Foggo Road in the heart of McLaren Vale, surrounded by vineyards of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mataro, some vines over sixty years old. The winemaking blends old-world technique with modern practice across the range.

Alongside the classic Shiraz and Cabernet, the Alternative and Origin series lean into Fiano, Sangiovese and Grenache Rosé — a reflection of McLaren Vale's growing Mediterranean-variety streak.
